On April 21st, Lantiqi Group completed its new industrial base in Suzhou, China. The production area planning will double the production capacity of engineering polymers, significantly enhancing the group’s influence in the Asian market, making it a key player in many industries, from automobiles to electrical and electronic products, from consumer goods to industrial goods.

The group’s manufacturing business in China can be traced back to 2006, initially as a small factory located in Jiangsu Province. In 2012, the factory was relocated to a larger area. Afterwards, the group started building a self owned factory from scratch, while also considering the possibility of expansion in the future.
Lantich Group has invested 35 million euros in the new base, with a total area of 36000 square meters, approximately half of which is used for production and research and development. Other areas include offices, meeting rooms, public areas, green spaces, and parking lots.

This is a cutting-edge project that utilizes the most advanced green technology in the construction industry, resulting in a LEED Gold level certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). LEED is an international standard for the development of high-performance green buildings, which takes into account various parameters such as environmental and human health benefits, water conservation, energy efficiency, selection of materials and building solutions to reduce environmental impacts. It is particularly worth mentioning that the Suzhou production base has installed a continuous monitoring system for buildings to ensure energy efficiency; Cover the roof with photovoltaic panels to utilize renewable energy; In addition, it is equipped with a rainwater recovery system to meet the needs of the production base. Not only that, the production base has also obtained the China Green Building Label GBL two-star certification, which is the standard for sustainable development buildings in China and reflects China’s emphasis on green building solutions.
