4. Bearing rigidity

Practice has proved that in the limit speed below 90% of the state work is better.
The limiting speed of grease lubricated bearings is lower than that of oil lubricated bearings, and the way the bearings are supplied with lubricant has an effect on the limiting speed that can be achieved. It must be noted that for grease lubricated bearings, the limiting speed is generally only 80% of the limiting speed when the bearing is used with a high quality recirculating oil system, but for oil mist lubricated systems, the limiting speed is generally 50% higher than for the same basic lubrication system. The design and structure of the cage also affects the limiting speed of the bearing.

6. Bearing play and axial displacement
