The Fourth National Hospital Internet of Things Conference and China International Hospital Internet of Things Product Exhibition (CHIOTC), jointly organized by the Hospital Internet of Things Branch of the China Medical Equipment Association and guided by the China Medical Equipment Association, was held in Hefei from March 25th to 26th. Later in the awarding ceremony, the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University, which was fully involved in the Digital transformation by Xinhuasan, won the award of “Top Ten Outstanding Cases of Internet of Things Application in Chinese Hospitals” for creating the industry leading “5G+Wi Fi+Internet of Things” three networks and one platform, and the “hospital wide robot intelligent logistics platform” based on 5G communication and positioning technology.

Quanguang Hospital, Suitable for All Scenarios of Diagnosis and Treatment
The typical characteristics of hospitals are large numbers of people, dense networks, and complex scenes. The rapid expansion of digital services such as HIS, EMR, and PACS, as well as the continuous expansion of hospital area scale, have led to the overload of the hospital’s original network architecture, which can easily cause local network congestion, affecting the diagnosis and treatment experience and hospital operation efficiency. All optical networks are gradually recognized by the medical industry due to their advantages such as higher bandwidth, long-distance transmission, green and low-carbon.
At this exhibition, Xinhua Third Group comprehensively showcased the network solution of Zhirong All Optical Hospital. Combining the current construction needs of multiple physical networks in the hospital, it innovatively adopted a “one machine multiple networks” building block switch, which not only meets the requirements of hospital network security isolation, but also realizes the integration deployment, power supply, operation and maintenance, and integrated management of “one terminal multiple networks” in the on-site scene. The solution focuses on the integration technology route of “Ethernet all optical”, and innovatively introduces optical hosts responsible for convergence and shadow terminals responsible for access. With simple networking, long optical transmission distance, optoelectronic hybrid wiring, and POE function, it has been perfectly adapted for various application scenarios in hospitals.

The wireless Internet of Things can effectively improve the work efficiency of medical personnel, reduce medical costs, and strengthen the level of hospital management, which is an inevitable trend for the upgrading of smart hospital services. In addition, the latest cloud desktop terminals displayed in the experience area can achieve mirror minute level distribution, remote desktop maintenance, unified management of peripheral drivers, PC management, cloud screen linkage, and other functions, empowering hospital full scene terminal management.
